Bickering in the 'Politbüro'

SED leadership member, Günter Schabowski, said there were arguments about the future course of the GDR within the "Politbüro". At the same time, Schabowski rejected the criticism of politicians changing their minds whenever it is to their advantage. He said that the current events had a long history and were planned for quite some time.
