Russian Fleet Memorial at Cove

A sleepy village at the end of an 8-mile cul-de-sac in
Wester Ross. The relatively good road leading here from Poolewe is probably
a consequence of the military presence; it was planned to shoot at German
vessels trying to enter Loch Ewe from here, but none found their way up
to this remote place. No infrastructure of note, except a letter box and
and a few B&Bs.
